Postoperative instructions

- During the first day after surgery may have a slight discomfort as minimal bleeding, touch sensation, and swelling in the area. THESE CONDITIONS ARE NORMAL AND SHOULD NOT ALARM (A).

- After surgery, the same day should not drink anything hot or gargle, or chew solid foods or hard. NO smoking or alcoholic drinks. You should drink plenty of fluids, wash all his teeth except the treated area.

- Apply ice as soon as possible on the outside of your face for the surgical site. Apply for 10 minutes, remove and rest for 10 to 15 minutes, repeat the process for 4 to 6 hours.

- If there is bleeding, double gauze or tea bag, wet with cold water, squeeze it and firmly press the bleeding area for 15 minutes, repeat this 2 or 3 times.

- Avoid strenuous exercise for a week.

- Avoid soaking in the sun for long.

- Avoid spicy foods, irritating and greasy.
|

- Avoid sucking (eg Popote) or blow.
|
|
|

- DAY AFTER OPERATION NOT apply ice bags, wash the area operated very gently and rinsed several times daily with warm water (you can add a teaspoon of salt), if applied on the skin swollen wet-hot fomentation ( target a wet towel in the microwave until slightly warm, or tuck a towel in hot water and then squeeze and apply).

Call or NOTIFY THE FOLLOWING IF YOU NOTES.
- Excessive bleeding can not be controlled.
- Inflammation begins three days after the operation.
- Discomfort not controlled by prescription medications.
