Preoperative Indications
|
In order that your surgery is as successful as possible, please follow the following recommendations: |

- Eat breakfast or eat before the surgery, if the procedure is only local anesthesia.
|
|
|

|
- If you take drugs (eg antihypertensives, hypoglycemics, anticoagulants, etc..) Lead to the clinic. Most times, that will not stop taking their medication, however, you should inform the surgeon who is taking medication beforehand.

|
- If prompted to take medication after surgery, take it and do not forget to bring consultation.
|
|
|
| |
|
- Seek to bring comfortable clothes to feel good, avoid make-up, bring earrings, bracelets and so on.

- If you wear contacts, try not to use in surgery.
|
|
|
| |
|
- At home, prepare a few bags of frozen water, which will be used a few hours after surgery.
|

|

- Avoid smoking within 48 hours before surgery and 10 days by decreasing the surgical success, and contribute to the full healing of tissues.

- Plan in advance for your absence from work, depending on the type of surgery being performed.
|
|
|
| |
|
- Prepare a cold liquid diet, such as soups, juices, vitamins, ice cream, etc.
|
|
|
| |
|
- Finally, clarify your questions before coming to surgery. Make sure you understand pre-and postoperative signs and prescribing medications to be taken.
