First Case.

Patient 43 years with severe chronic periodontitis with bone loss and tooth mobility important dental prognosis is poor.

Radiographs show severe bone loss and confirms the prognosis of teeth due to periodontal disease untreated.

The teeth have migrated from their original pocisión due to bone loss in addition to presenting deep periodontal pockets and bleeding when brushing teeth forecast is unfavorable therefore planned to extract these, placement of a temporary prosthesis and subsequent implant placement
